A Big Welcome to all my students - past, present and future!
I've been teaching painting professionally for more than 25 years and am grateful to have established a solid reputation as one of the finest instructors in the beautiful city of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Well known for its many artists and galleries, San Miguel de Allende has been  designated as a "World Heritage Site" and it's no wonder. If you’re in town between June 8th. and August 31st. I would be delighted to have you join the group!

Beginning October 2015, I will also be giving classes on Mexico’s Pacific coast north of Puerto Vallarta, in the tropical beach town of Rincon de Guayabitos, where the clear water is warm, and the weather is perfect almost every day of the year.

There is probably no better place on earth than Mexico for  students of painting to set up and hone their growing skills. Color and inspiration abound, and it's possible  to paint "en plein air” comfortably, year round.

If your preference is to work indoors, I reserve days of the week where we paint in studio.

So whether you're a beginner or advanced, join my students and I for the challenge and fun of painting one of the most inspiring places on the planet. You'll find I gently coax the best out of you while taking the mystery out of color mixing, perspective and the like. I specialize in  watercolor and oil but will also accommodate painters who prefer acrylic. Classes are short term or long, depending on the time you have to devote to them or the length of your stay. You'll find my prices to be very affordable and best of all you will be witness to rapid, obvious  growth in your skills and technique. I look forward to painting with you here in beautiful, sunny Mexico.
